Shaping Tomorrow's Leaders in the Equine Industry

Tomorrows Horsemen aims to protect the equine industry's future by teaching practical business applications that will result in long-term financial stability for equine professionals, their families, and their businesses.

What is Tomorrows Horsemen®?

Tomorrows Horsemen® is a two-year educational program for emerging professional horsemen and women. Applicants are accepted into the program bi-annually based on the quality of their completed application and references. Topics covered include best practices of small business accounting, communication and leadership skills, ethics & animal welfare, contracts, long-term financial planning, community service & engagement, and developing yourself as an equine industry leader.

Applicants are accepted into the program bi-annually based on the quality of their completed application and references. Applications are not being accepted at this time.

Curriculum

Tomorrows Horsemen® consists of three two-day in-person sessions each year in addition to quarterly virtual sessions. Travel and lodging expenses are covered through the program.
