2025 Online Written Rulebook Test
Required for All Judges
All judges will be required to take an online rulebook test based on the official 2025 NSBA Handbook. The test will be available online beginning January 15, 2025 and will close on March 31, 2025 for all around judges. There is no fee associated with the rulebook test.
The 2025 rulebook will be mailed to all NSBA judges prior to the test. Every judge will be required to take this online exam to maintain their current judge status with NSBA. Judges will receive an email link to access the test platform. You may enter and leave the test as many times as you like during the 45 days, but the test must be completed by March 31, 2025.
Recertification options for NSBA Judges Expiring in 2027
Judges whose credentials expire February 2027 must complete the online recertification webinar on HorseIQ scheduled for January 2027. There is a fee associated with the webinar. Attendees to the 2027 Color Breed Counsel Judges Session in Tulsa, Oklahoma will be given a discount access code for the webinar.
