Smart Points Enrollment

  • Ownership of horse must be as stated in Rule #61 of the NSBA Rulebook or have a lease on file with the breed association and NSBA.
  • Owner and Exhibitor must be current members to earn NSBA points.
  • Smart Points Horse Enrollment must be purchased if horse is not enrolled in the Stallion Incentive Fund.
  • All youth classes count toward Smart Points.

To be eligible to earn Smart Points incentive fund money a youth must be a current member and enrolled in the Smart Points Program. He/She must show a horse that either in the NSBA Stallion Incentive Fund Program or enrolled in the Smart Points Program with NSBA in the current owner's name. Ownership of horse must be stated in Rule #61 of the NSBA Rulebook or have a lease on file with the breed association and NSBA. Each NSBA point earned in a youth class, novice youth (Level 1) and youth walk trot classes will count towards payout. The horse enrollment is non-transferable.
