Grant Application for Equestrians With Disabilities & Heroes On Horses

The NSBA Foundation offers financial grants to exhibitors competing in Equestrians With Disabilities and Heroes On Horses® classes at the NSBA World Championship Show  in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 
Electronic applications, with all information required, must be submitted through the form below by 11:59 PM on June 1. 

Individuals may only apply for one grant annually, on a one horse/one rider basis. Applicants will be notified on or before June 12 of the status of their grant application.
